PROJECT MANAGEMENT
QRS has the full and part-time staff to support most utility and engineering project needs. If your project requires special qualified personnel or resources, QRS is there to support and complement each project for short or long term assignment. QRS provides only qualified, experienced personnel to support your project needs and supervisory interface.
Experienced in all phases of construction, supervision and project management, QRS personnel provide assurance of the construction requirements.We can provide you with the qualified personnel to work under your supervision or contract the Inspection phase as an independent contractor.
Technical Writing
When you require detailed specifications or procedures, QRS's quality engineering staff will develop for you. QRS can provide the services or personnel to assure the requirements for a quality project are met.
QRS provides training in all major fields. Such specialties have been in Inspection procedures, policies and pole inventory,including actual field hands-on training. Valuable training in the critical requirements in the specifications and policies reduces error and establishes confidence.
QRS provides the necessary surveillance of assembly or testing activities at the supplier's location where the work and testing is performed to verify that an item or service has been accomplished as specified.
QRS field personnel can assist in the design and verify construction work as it proceeds. ORS field personnel can assist in additional activities such as Inspection or Project Management.
