Quality Resource & Services, Inc., (QRS) is a National Consulting Company with its headquarters in Spokane, Washington.  QRS has provided Technical Support Services to the Engineering and Construction industry for over 20 years.  QRS is established with a commitment to provide Quality Services and highly experienced personnel to meet the long and short term support needs of our clients.

QRS provides support services for Utilities: Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Training, etc.  Municipal: Water, Wastewater / Sewer, Main lines, etc.  Industrial/Commercial: Electrical, Civil and Mechanical.

QRS offers a complete spectrum of services as an independent agency or

providing temporary support personnel under the clients supervision.  Services include Design/Drafting, As-builts, Inspections,  Field Engineering, Training, Project Management, Technical Writing, Source Inspections, Quality Assurance, Procedure Writing, Maintenance Inspection and other services.
